In 2019 we launched a transparency function on our website and app, allowing customers to see information such as the country, supplier and factory where our products are made
Like many fashion brands, we don’t own the factories where our clothes are made. But we want everyone involved in making our products to have a safe, fair and equal working environment. Every supplier must sign our Sustainability Commitment, which sets standards for fair wages, good working conditions, animal welfare, and more
We are proud of our Garment Collecting programme, it has been available in selected stores worldwide since 2013. Donated textiles are sent to our approved partners for sorting, where items are directed to different streams such as rewear, reuse, or recycling, depending on their condition
Joining us means being part of a team committed to taking real action for a better future
