During the year, you’ll rotate between different functions to develop new skills. It’s your chance to speed up your learning journey and gain those key competencies that you will use throughout your career.

There are specialised tracks on the program and you can apply to the track of your choice. You will start the program based in Stockholm, and we will help you get settled. You will get to work with current projects, collaborate with and learn from colleagues who are experts in their fields, and can travel with international placements. On this program you will learn things you’ll always remember & meet people you’ll never forget.

We are looking for hard-working MBA students with an open mind and entrepreneurial spirit to join our leadership training program (LTP). We currently offer unique rotational training opportunities for MBA students in our New York Corporate Office. Leadership Training Program Trainees will learn first-hand from industry experts across key growth areas of the business.

Each member of the leadership training program will engage in projects that have a direct impact on the business and drive results. Our Trainees have been able to influence their teams through their fresh insights and data driven approach. Each rotation explores a fast-paced and ever-growing area of the business where you will have the opportunity to learn from dynamic, growing teams and apply your knowledge to strategic business projects.

The program is held in our New York City corporate office and is for full-time MBA students, you must be a second-year student graduating in the spring. Given the level of responsibilities our Trainees will be provided, we are seeking experienced talent with multiple full-time professional experiences. Additionally, we are interested in individuals who have demonstrative success in solving problems, collaborating, and can lead and influence others. Please note – we do not provide visa sponsorship. 

We welcome a new class of trainees into the 12-month program annually. Start in a rotation and begin a life long career.

These programs will help you further develop your skillset and enable you to make a positive impact on business strategy. You can expect to work alongside exceptional managers and mentors who will help guide your progress throughout a 12-month journey. Your assignments are tailored based on high-priority business needs. At the end of the program, you’ll be prepared for the ever-changing retail landscape, and have a chance to join the H&M team on a permanent basis.
