Design & Product Development
At the design and product development department in our Head Office in Stockholm, Product Managers, Product Developer, Planners, Pattern Makers, Designers and Business Controllers work together to develop new collections. The workplace is dynamic, fast-paced and creative, and no two days are the same.
We’re constantly monitoring the world around us to spot the latest trends, drawing inspiration from street fashion, film, travel, culture, the media, trend institutes, trade fairs and exhibitions. As part of this team, you’ll help us put our customers in focus, and ensure our collections have something to offer every age and all tastes.
DESIGNER
VIEW ROLES
Designers are always ahead of the game and spot trends years in advance. Transform product and print sketches into bestsellers, keeping the customer top of mind in everything you do. You will continually develop and improve our collections, follow up on sales results, and always be on the lookout for new sales opportunities.

Pattern maker
This role requires you to be flexible and detail-orientated. Your job will be to take our design visions and turn them into garments with the right fit, silhouette and functionality. You will make measurement charts, drape, draw and amend patterns, fit samples on models and dummies with your design team and continually follow up our collections in our stores.

Planner
As a Planner, you will manage and take responsibility for maximising sales and profitability by optimising the assortment for each region and channel. You will work in tight collaboration with the Product Manager and the Business Controller to secure the best customer offer.

Product Developer
As a Product Developer, you will drive and execute the product development in a way that enables your team to be industry leaders in creating current fashion for your product category. You will collaborate closely with the Product team, Production team and Component team.
