Team Coaches in Customer Service have a really important job to do. With hundreds of enquiries coming through our department daily, the Team Coaches stay customer focused, positive and give excellent service – while coaching their teams to do exactly the same.
The Team Coaches we are looking for will take responsibility for developing their team and their workplace. You need to have excellent leadership skills and be organised, efficient and hands-on. Your energy is contagious, you’re motivational and inspiring, and you know how to get your team to deliver results and service according to H&M standards. You’re also a great communicator.
Your job is to build excellent, long-term relationships with customers, and to train your Customer Service team of around 15 people. You will plan and follow up on activities and goals together with your team and your managers – all to maximise sales and profitability through excellent customer service. You will also ensure our routines are always followed.
