Yes, it’s possible, but since we work in a busy store environment it is important that candidates have some flexibility. We spend lots of time training every new employee, so we are primarily interested in people who want to work at H&M for a longer period of time.
Does H&M offer seasonal jobs?
Depending on the store location we do occasionally offer temporary contracts. Please check our current positions.
What should I think about if I want to apply for a store job?
Be sure that you are able to work within flexible retail hours, and be prepared for a fast-paced, physically demanding and fun work environment.
Does H&M offer training programs?
Yes, we have initial training programmes for all our new hires including; Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers. The training doesn’t stop there! We offer continuous training and development opportunities for our employees to help them grow with the company.
Can I apply for a job at an H&M office?
We primarily recruit internally for our office positions, but when we do have an open position it will be posted on hm.com/jobs.
