Enhanced leave, over and above the statutory requirement, for colleagues who have worked continuously for 2 years or more.

Pregnancy Loss Leave
All employees who have been affected by pregnancy loss (including partners & those with a surrogate mother) are entitled to 2 weeks leave on full pay.
Colleagues who have worked for a minimum of 26 weeks can apply for flexible working, which is any working pattern adapted to suit your needs.
Retirement Age Gift
To say thank you for your commitment to the business, should you decide to leave at the state retirement age, you will receive a gift from the company.
Company Sick Pay
After 12 months continuous employment you will be entitled to company sick pay subject to compliance with the company notification procedures. This is an enhancement to SSP which is a legal requirement.
When employees have worked within H&M group for 5 years, they will receive a share of the foundation, HIP Units, based on working hours and on the company’s financial development.
After 5 years service you can apply for up to 3 months extended leave as a one off reward for length of service. After 10 years you can apply for up to 1 year.
Opt In Pension
Auto enrol pension is based on age and earnings. However all colleagues can opt in to the pension if they are not eligible but wish to be part of the company pension.
Long Service Award
To recognise and encourage long service we give awards to celebrate 10 years service and then every 5 years following this. Colleagues can choose between holiday, salary or a mix of both.
