The unique possibility to get hands-on experience from many parts within the organization during a limited time period. During the 10 months duration of the program I worked within Logistics, Finance, Sales and Business Change Management. I also got insight in our core business by working in our stores and warehouses.
What was the biggest surprise during the trainee program?
The biggest surprise during the trainee program was how truly helpful all the colleagues were - you can really feel the one team spirit. Being new at work, and rotating between different areas, will generate a lot of questions.
