You run your department with excellent customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the cash registers. When you’re not on the sales floor store supporting your team, you develop sales strategies and merchandising presentations and plan for campaigns and activities. You train, develop and assess the Sales Advisors, as well as organize and plan your department for success. We recognize the contribution every individual can make to our shared success.
