Online Customer Service Team Leader
Team Leaders in Customer Service have a very important job! With a high volume of enquiries coming through our organisation daily, Team Leaders stay customer focused, positive and give excellent service – while coaching their teams to do the same.
Team Leaders take responsibility for developing their team and their workplace. You must have excellent leadership skills and be organised, efficient and hands-on. Your energy is contagious, you inspire and motivate your team. You also know how to lead your team to deliver results and excellent service according to H&M standards. You are also a great communicator.
Your job is to build excellent, long-term relationships with our customers, and to train your team of around 15 Customer Service Agents to do the same. You will plan and follow up on performance and goals together with your team and your colleagues – all to maximise sales and profitability through excellent customer service. You will also ensure correct routines are always followed.
