The Visual Department at our Head Office creates the inviting, inspiring and commercially successful shopping environment that H&M is famous for. We make sure our garments and products look their absolute best in our stores – by producing expressive campaigns, optimising our in-store display and creating exciting window schemes.
Our different teams work together to enhance the shopping experience, maximise sales and strengthen our brand:
- Visual Creative and Purchase Team – Brings conceptual, creative ideas to reality in our stores by developing and purchasing our window and in-store materials for specific campaigns.
- Visual Presentation and Styling Team – Works on how to present our fashion collections in the store environment – by choosing the placement and presentation of products, as well as the looks displayed on our mannequins.
- Visual Store Development Team – Works closely together with our Interior Department to develop and optimise the store environment, so that we can display and present our products at their best.
- Visual Country Support – Ensures that our local and global visual concept aligns in all our markets – by communicating and sharing best practice with colleagues all over the world.
