The Online team at the Head Office in Stockholm mainly focuses on hm.com, as well as marketing and sales. We also create the H&M catalogue.
The Online team in Borås, Sweden, manages and fulfils all operations for the Online channels and brands, while supporting all our Customer Service Centers and Logistics Sites within Online.
Basically, the Online Group makes sure that H&M is always open for inspiration and business.
